Would not recommend. Spent $30 on food that wasn’t even editable. The only good thing about my meal was the drink. (And the drink machine is broken. One is completely out of order and the other is literally dripping ALL over the floor.) I got the Japanese Pan Noodles and the broccoli in the bowl was still raw. The noodles were not cooked. And they literally put a whole stem of cilantro in the bowl they didn’t even bother to chop it up. Not to mention the steak in my bowls was rubbery. The workers were listening to their airpods the whole time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was very disappointed and needless to say I will not be returning. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but honestly this place deserves it.

This store has been very frustrating to pick up from. It says what time the order will be ready, but when I go and wait in my car, they NEVER update when the order is actually done. Which means I’ve sat in my car numerous times waiting for the update and none has come. This last time I went in after wasting 10 minutes in my car only to find that my order was ready and there wasn’t a SINGLE customer inside the store, so they OBVIOUSLY had time to update my order status. And it’s not just a one time flaw because this has happened to me multiple times at this store.

I’ve been going to Noodles for years and each time I get the same dish. I’ve noticed the decline for the past several months. This time was my worst tasting experience. The broccoli was barely cooked. The udon noodles were barely coated in sauce. They should be nice and caramelized with a thick sauce that takes a bit of time to develop. The potstickers were boiled but no longer pan fried. Either the cooks are under a massive time crunch or getting lazy. Really disappointed.

World famous Mac and cheese is probably the worst Mac and cheese I have ever had. It’s shredded cheese that looks like it came from Walmart. The cavatappi pesto and a bland and tastes horrible. Really disappointed with this establishment.
