I usually order for delivery at my work but since I was in the area today I called an order for take out 2/4/2023. As I arrived inside the place smelled like there was sewage backing up somewhere. Strong gas like smell everywhere. I figured hopefully someone is taking care of the plumbing issue. I order a large combination rice and two egg rolls. Once I arrived home I was really really disappointed that the rice was stuck together gummy and over cooked. Absolutely no flavor just mush . I immediately call spoke with a staff member Sam who advised that their system won’t allow him to process a refund. Very disappointed dissatisfied and upset. Not sure if maybe they are under new management or bad chef either of which I will never eat from here again. The chef plus the person who package knew this food was prepared wrong and still sold it to me really good customer that will never order from there again.

Got the Basil lunch special. It was one of the ones NOT labeled spicy. It had pepper seeds throughout. I would have asked for no spicy or ordered something else. I love spicy, but have had to cut back due to heartburn. Everything we had was delicious. They’re vegetable egg rolls are the best I’ve ever had, and they’re huge! I considered ordering some fried spring rolls (they have taro). Maybe next time. Food was cooked perfectly, not salty, and delivered quick. Prices are good. Quality is good. Portions are generous. There are many vegetarian/vegan options.

First time ordering here would never do it again. Order shrimp fried rice yesterday at 8:26pm 12/09/22 My boyfriend went to pick our rice up and they made three meat combinations. Told them we want shrimp rice. Had to wait for them to remake it. Once my boyfriend got home I tried the rice not fresh at all rice tasted old and the rice was hard. The container they use doesn’t even look like a large shrimp fried rice.

Had 3 pho bowls, an order of fried egg rolls, and 2 smoothies. Waiter did not give a receipt and when I went back in the receipt he showed had an $11 service charge and the total was $81.00 for 3 people. Also while we were eating the server started mopping the floor with a wet mop. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not return

Not that great. Was really excited to try , but was disappointed. Dude wasent very friendly that worked there. While my daughter did enjoy the Boba tea. Sea food noodle soup was mostly imitation crab meat. Any measly trace of real seafood was over cooked.Plenty of broth though. Not worth the !

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. The eye round slice & brisket pho did not have a lot of meat, and from the meat it did have, a lot of it was fat. It was not worth the $11. My husband enjoyed his seafood noodle bowl and the fried calamari though.

Don’t bother coming here. Rude and slow service. Walked into the restaurant and didn’t even acknowledge us, didn’t tell us where to sit, didn’t give us a menu, didn’t take our order til we asked. The guy there yelled at my mom to hurry up with her order. Don’t know why he was so impatient, they werent even busy, and honestly they never are, which is becoming obvious why they’re not. Even if you are busy, you don’t yell at someone to give you their order. Don’t come here if you want a pleasant dining experience. Don’t work in hospitality if you’re gonna be rude.

Very rude customer service. Cashier/manager/owner has zero manners to talking or being nice through customers..absolutely don’t know proper greeting..their food is okay as a last resort…but otherwise choose somewhere else…I hope in the long once they start losing more customers they can learn proper etiquette…

I have a very hard time finding good boba/bubble tea. The Thai boba was very good and I will definitely come back to try other flavors. They also have fresh fruit smoothies that I will get next time
