The soups are huge. And yea I’m talking about the regular size and not the large. Regretfully we could have ordered just one noodle to share between us and a side dish. The tomato broth was tasty and the numbing spicy broth was delicious and slightly addictive. I didn’t realize that it already comes with a sampling of veggies and got the seafood mushroom.

I had a lot of hope for this place because every picture looks delicious but honestly the taste wasn’t that great. The Hainan chicken was more like salty chicken and the pig ear doesn’t look appetizing or like other pictures on google.The only good thing I would say is price was worth the portions.

They are my favorite comfort noodle option in San Mateo. The chicken + noodle combo is my favorite. The portion is big. Service is fast. Every time I go I get seated immediately. I don’t know why they are not busier. I love this place.

fish noodle is soooo special, it’s weird but I really like the taste. The noodle is made from fish, not rice or wheat. Very healthy and nutritious. However, chicken soup might be a better choice than having laksa. I will try next time to figure it out

Sister restaurant to Porridge & Things in Millbrae, this establishment specializes in (southern) Chinese noodles. Order from fixed items or design your own with choice of noodles broth protein etc. Also good for dishes (my fav is braised duck) that goes with rice. Service is quick and order through a web page. Usually not packed with lots of seating so a good option during busier times.

Gosh. We ordered takeout due to our dog. The noodle soups were decent. We both built our own noodle soups- each soup came out to $23, depending on how many adds you put in. Ordered tue fish noodles- tastes like a fishball but in noodle form. The broth was good, bonus, no MSG!
