We have been watching the rice noodle show on Netflix and my husband was curious how “stinky” the snail rice noodle can be. We ordered the “enhanced” version of it, and it came with a lot of toppings. All of them were so well executed. My husband did not find it “stinky” at all. He said it was just normal pickled vegetable smell. He loved the crispy soy beans and peanuts in the soup. I ordered the crawfish rice bowl, and it came with a good amount of crawfish, more than I expected. And the sauce to mix the rice in tasted very hot and flavorful. We also ordered a stir fry AA choy with diced garlic, and it was only $11 for a big plate. Good portion, good taste. Their food is a little too salty to us, but it’s personal preference, and we will ask low sodium next time. Overall, not bad for a quick bite, and their service is fast.

This seems to be frequented by locals. The food is average. Friendly but recognize this seems more like a family business which btw I enjoy going to giving these type of establishments my business. They have a special spicy noodle soup not found else where. Otherwise, nothing special.
