Nopal has the best service in Maryville. Their waiters are very attentive, and they never forget to refill your drinks. The decor is fun and one of my favorite parts. The food is decent. I love their taco salad and margaritas flights.

I think it is a good but not the best restaurant. The service is quick and efficient. The environment is very colorful and I liked the music (included traditional songs and artist) which contribute to the overall experience. I ordered chicken with chorizo which was tender but a little bit salty and unbalanced, the refried beans were smooth and perfect, and the rice was okay but needed a little bit more of “personality”.

We went yesterday for my sisters birthday lunch. And I will say usually they have great service. But yesterday they were very rude. While we were there there was one other table of people behind us. They’d come over and offer them refills and ask them how their food was.. but to us they wouldn’t come over, didn’t ask anything. The lady who waits by the door kept giving us dirty looks. They gave my mom stale tortillas. They felt like they’d been sitting out. My food was made wrong. When ordering I asked a few questions and the man was very snotty and a smart asš to me. My family was very upset with this. I will not be coming back.
