This restaurant was not open on time and made my experience door dashing a lot more difficult. Long story short I lost money and time that I can never get back because of the unprofessional manner the business is run. I hope for the best in the future but I hope this post loses you $10 dollars from your wallet and you have to travel 9 miles out of your way for no reason. Thank you

The food was lackluster and bland, while the egg was over cooked in the ramen our experience was surprising from the previous positive ratings and reviews but the miso broth tasted like it was just plain beef bulion and the noodles had no flavor, and the corn was canned. The tonkotsu broth was better flavored but still mostly waterly rather than feeling creamy. The broccoli was close to raw and plain and the orange chicken my boyfriend rated a 2 … I’d suggest better delicious alternatives Ramen Kagawa downtown and ORIGAMI RAMEN BAR our ramen has always been amazing at these locations

One star for placing an order after 11am and not having my food ready. Their door says they open at 10am and my order was supposed to be ready (text verification) by 11:40. Got there at 11:50 and Was told they just got in and to come back after an hour. Really?? I have a 30 minute lunch and you should have been open at 10am. No reason my food shouldn’t have been ready by 11:40. Asked if they could deliver they said no. Food is good but just be aware if you are picking up to call before you go.

I had the orange chicken and chicken chow mein…the orange chicken was decent, it had a good flavor and was tender. The plate had three pieces of broccoli and alot of rice. I wish it had more vegetables than rice…The chow mein tasted weird. Weird as in maybe grease mixed something…I’ll probably try here again but honestly not my first choice.

I was contacted by the company regarding an open position, but the hiring staff is very unprofessional, impolite, and sounded more like a kid that was given some sort of authority. Anyways have eaten here before and the food is also mediocre. There are plenty of much better options around the area that provide much higher quality food and a much cleaner environment.

Where do i start! Food is delicious and big portions! Tried miso, tonkotsu, and seafood ramen, orange chicken, and shrimp tempura roll. Everything was delicious. I love this place because staff is super friendly and the service is fast. I also really like how we pay for our food before that way after we eat we do not have to worry about anything. 10/10

We live nearby and decided to give NoRa a try but were sadly disappointed. We ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and the Vegetable Ramen. Both were extremely bland. The ramen included broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini which were all undercooked (still crunchy). There seemed to be no seasoning at all on the ramen and I had to ask for chili oil to spice it up.
