Extraordinary service. Clean place and AMAZING food. I often come here and always have good experience. People working here are very friendly. Flat iron steak, meat loaf, fried calamari, clam soup and grilled salmon are few of the things I have tried and they are amazing. Definitely recommended. Keep up the good work

I look forward to the Grill every time I go to Nordstrom. The food and service is fantastic and each option is a quality choice. Last visit i had cauliflower Mac and cheese and it was delicious and filling. Calamari, avocado toast, Brussels sprouts, soups, and almost all the appetizers I would recommend. Always a great experience.

Nice and quiet refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the mall. Reasonable selection of food and portion size. Bonus point for the raisin that comes with the usual crayon for kids. Also, plenty of room for big party or strollers.

Went here with kids for lunch. The service was exceptionally slow. It took 30 minutes to get the bill, pay for the food and exit the restaurant. So much unnecessary waiting. The workers did not look happy that day either. The salad I got didn’t taste fresh and the shrimp was overcooked, too salty and chewy in texture. It had 5 pieces of dry shrimp and was $19! I don’t know if they were having an off day as a restaurant, but I was not impressed by this Nordstrom restaurant. I’ve been to others in HI and CA and those have never disappointed me. The lady sitting behind me in a booth actually would turn around and say, “shhhhhhh!” to my child out loud when she’d speak. In addition, I noticed other tables complaining about their food and sending it back. It was not your typical Nordstrom cafe experience.
