A friend treated me to lunch today. The menu was a bit limited but the food was excellent. We shared the spinach artichoke dip and it was superb. I had the portobello mushroom ravioli and it was excellent.

It’s a hidden restaurant inside the mall, very poor variety, the food taste horrible, too expensive on the quality and quantity. Even the salad is very poor. If you have to eat there just grab a sandwich but know that you will get a fast food sandwich with premium restaurants prices.

We went for an early lunch after a doctor visit. I had the Wild Salmon Oscar and my husband has the Roast Beef Sandwich. The price for the Oscar was $33, so my hopes were high for a good meal. There might have been a tablespoon of jumbo lump crab-maybe. The salmon was crispy around the edges and not tender/flaky. I was hungry and ate it, but extremely disappointed. My husband’s food was well prepared and to his liking. The service was excellent, and the ambiance pleasant, but I would not recommend this dish.

Some of you may not know that there is a cozy little restaurant on the lower level of Nordstrom’s but there is and it’s yummy. I get the same thing every time and it doesn’t disappoint. Hamburger and Fries. Keep it simple, right? The staff is always friendly. Service is great. It reminds me of a little NYC cafe and I love NYC! Check it out next time you go shopping at the Green Hills Galleria.

For a restaurant in a department store, the food can be pretty decent. I had the French Dip and got good, rare, and tender shaved prime rib and tasty jous. The steak salad, strawberry almond chicken, and the turkey club were also all solid table choices.
