Stopped in to try the ramen or and I must say, the place has a nice feel, e service was a little delayed , appetizers come out after your meals, the chicken in the ramen was pretty weird texture , consistency . I definitely won’t spend my money here again. As a server she should have gotten that hint. Still tipped 20% and honestly should have left 5. Nasty quality of meat

Just really weird vibes from the staff.. was waited on by two different servers and the second one was desperately trying to catch the eye of my partner the whole time.. really odd and disrespectful. I really didn’t appreciate that. The food was good though. I won’t be back even though I liked my meal.

Love the place. The atmosphere is amazing and the food delicious so far one of the best ramen I ever had in Newport News the service was amazing. My wife doesn’t eat meat and the vegetarian ramen was really good. I got the Ichiraku’s ramen and I love it. We will definitely come back.

I ordered for pick up. I appreciate the staff putting the broth in styrofoam instead of plastic containers(broth is scorging hot in plastic containers). I enjoyed eating their katsu ramen. I think this is the only spot in Newport news and Hampton location that makes good ramen. I also appreciate the fact the egg was cooked runny and not boiled. They did a good job and it’s exactly what I needed on a rainy day like this.
