Nori is a great place to grab lunch or dinner at for a good price. It’s an asian fusion restaurant, with a variety of options of cuisines for different taste palettes. We got seated quick, and food service was also quick. The bathrooms were also clean. I will say however that the portion sizes were very “American-style”, so I did bring half of my portion home for later. However, taste-wise is was yummy. I will be eating at Nori again, whether it be dining in or takeout.

North Florida Tasting Room
So this is my fifth attempt at this restaurant.. and it was finally worth reviewing! Sadly, it has a well earned reputation for not a great service, and that has been the case but thus trip earned its stars! Greeted as we arrived, seated and immediately served with waters and hot tea. Our device was consistent and friendly. The food, which is always really good, was fresh and flavorful. Great lunch bento box offered with nice choice and accompaniments. Plenty of food and yummy sides of ginger salad (not my favorite ginger dressing) and seaweed salad makes it a healthier option with no fried dumplings than most. The sushi was nicely cut and wrapped well. Restaurant clean and not chaotic. Happy they figured it all out and plan to return soon. That florida roll might be one of my favorite rolls period (and I love sushi in case you can’t tell from my many reviews!).

Thought I would stop by a friend’s new restaurant in St. Augustine FL. The food was on point. I got to enjoy the fried Calamari, Rainbow, Unagi and Fuji rolls. My wife got to dine on Gule Kambing, which is Indonesian Goat Curry. The staff is amazing here. Highly recommend eating here when you are in the Saint Augustine area. Tell them I sent you ☺️

The place has a really modern vibe and we were seated quickly. The menu has a large selection of different Asian cuisines which is nice. My dinner was really delicious and everyone else I was with enjoyed their meals. The food came out pretty quickly as well considered it was busy that night. I’d definitely come back to enjoy some other choices from the menu.

We had a great experience at Nori. We were a party of 11 and we came about half an hour before closing. We felt a horrible but it was after we left Poppy’s which is right across the street from Nori. We had a terrible experience with our service there and left before eating. We were all hungry and we had young kids with us. When we walked in, we noticed the Nori staff had already started cleaning so we thought they were going to turn us away or give us a not so pleasant experience either. We were so wrong! Not only was the food great, but the service was outstanding! The manager was very hands on from the moment we arrived until we paid our check. Our server was patient, friendly, and just so pleasant. The food was delicious and we were so happy we went to Nori. We will definitely be back!!!
