I am not a qualified judge of Jamaican food, but Norma’s Kitchen gets five stars for being intensely local at the very least. There’s no menu or even a board on the wall. I had to ask to see what’s in the pots. The interior is very simple, in keeping with the neighborhood. Norma wasn’t there the day I had lunch, but they did have great music playing.
