I had a terrible experience with the catering order from North Branch for our sons’ birthday party at the ice center, of which the pizza had the sole responsibility for our disappointment. The pizza was overcooked: it was dry (almost as if no sauce were there), the underside crust was charred, and cheese looked overly orange and dry, pepperoni was thrown on top of the pizza (as if someone forgotten to put it on before).

Disappointed. Beautiful evening, so we chose to dine outside. Was a slow Monday, but server was lacking in efficiency. We waited a VERY long time to order our initial drinks. Two pasta dinners were actually served on the cool side, not even warm. My burger was done to satisfaction, and so was my friend’s chicken. Server did not follow up with any inquiries re: “how are your dinners” until meal was almost completely eaten… cold. Our concerns were addressed by the manager, who promptly tried to rectify things with free desserts. The cheesecake was delicious! MAYBE we will try this place again.

9/2022 5* Great place. Nice atmosphere. Outside dining as well as inside. Staff was tremendous. We really enjoyed our food. Wait time for our food was excellent. All in all a great dining experience!

We LOVE North Branch! It’s not the cheapest around but man is the food delicious, and portions are huge! And the atmosphere is great. The cheese curds are amazing, they have great pizza no matter the crust option you choose (pictures are “standard” thin crust), drinks are good, and faces are friendly! I also like the cheese logs a lot but my fiance doesn’t so if anyone wants to share an order, let me know! Chicken is good, sandwiches are good, burgers, pasta, etc! Can’t go wrong!

One of our favorites when we are in the area. Tried the Blackened Chicken Sandwich for the first time, and it was very delicious. Also tried the cheese quesadilla and that was very good. Their pizzas are really top notch. Had the Bbq ribs and the meat was falling off the bone. Sauce is not too overpowering. Enjoy coming here.
