We go here all the time, the food last week was cold, yes I said cold, and it wasn’t busy. This is the 3rd time we’ve either gotten cool to cold food. Either your plates aren’t heated, or you don’t have a heat lamp. My husband and I both had cold breakfasts, there’s no call for it. People don’t want cold food, only thing hot was the coffee. I still want to be able to eat here, and before these 3x, it was always hot.
