We stayed at the hotel four nights and we had the happy hour drinks and dinner one evening. The next day we had the brunch. We were delighted to have dinner there and regret that we only did it once. My daughter had the steak, I had the duck breast and my husband the salmon. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. We ended our meal with a pear almond tart. We will come back even if not staying at the hotel. Hotel guests get a discount. The service is also very good.

Saw the menu outdoors says they stop serving brunch at 4:00 so I came in at 3:43, only to be told they were already closed. Ok, I told them they should modify the menu to correctly reflect this. In case I want to come back again, I asked them when do they ACTUALLY close so this won’t happen. This extremely rude server told me “I don’t know” which basically means they can close whenever they want. When I asked again, he turned extremely upset and shout at me and told me to “just leave and never come back to this place”. This is in no way acceptable behavior of a server and I will, by his request, make sure myself and everyone I know will never go to this place ever again.

This place is at the corner of Washington Square. I would imagine that’s are pretty coveted spot. We ate in the lounge area which is large enough to be considered a dining room. We had the orange wine from Peru. The menu has something for everyone. The service is very personal. A new favorite for our NYC visits.

Completely unprofessional and rude. We made a reservation and not only did they not properly save it, they acted like they couldn’t cqre less. It also was not comfortable temperature wise inside. Do not come here!
