Great to have a business underpromising and over delivering in our community! Placed a order during peak hours on a Friday, quoted a 25 min wait which we were surprised at how short it was. Showed up a couple min early unintentionally and they were hot and ready! Store was fully staffed and atmosphere was very positive and professional. Pizza was perfect, best we have had from a number of places. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Ordered pizza/wings online for pick up, when showing up I was told our order was mistakenly taken with the last delivery. They immediately said they would remake them and have them ready asap! I waited maybe 15mins and both pizzas and wings were ready to go. The only thing I didn’t get was the sauces, but also my fault for not checking . Great service and great pizza!

Bought from norwalk iowa location, bought a supreme with extra sausage. Paid 30.00 for the worst pizza i have ever eaten. Had scant toppings the sauce tasted like ragu out of the jar.

We worked with the store to help cater a large team dinner with players and their families. They were very responsive to our inquiries, helpful throughout the ordering process, and the food was wonderful! They even scrambled to get us more food when we needed it. Those boys were hungry after practice. I would definitely recommend!

We were told pizza (taco pizza) would be ready in 25 minutes for pickup.. actually waited 45 minutes and when we got home we needed to put all the toppings on – only prep on your part was the crust and meat …,, really !! Never had such an experience ever and will not go back ever.. pizza even after I assembled was not good. Never see us again

I am so impressed that this Northern Lights location delivers to us in Prole (south of Norwalk). We have not found anywhere else that delivers so this is awesome. Pizza was delivered quick and was hot and fresh. I ordered online which is quick and convenient. I called to confirm they would deliver to us and staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely order again.
