One of my favorite restaurant/bars in the whole tri-state. Incredible service, great vibes & top notch food. HOLY vegan options! Hanger steak was gone before I could even take a photo. A must try if you’re in the area. Clearly a spot the locals frequent.

Good customer service. I sat in the booth outside, which was a new try. I was in search of something different that I never had before. Vibes are chill, good food & drinks nice atmosphere. Inside and outside sitting areas. Food was fresh and tasty bathrooms where nice and clean

I went to celebrate my birthday yesterday solo and I went to try to get seated and the staff brushed me off , pointing to the Uber eats location like I didn’t even ask for that which was weird. Then I asked for a seat and the server had a slight attitude like he didn’t want to server me. So I continued to try to enjoy myself. Food was good. But I wish the server would’ve given me some more information about my drink but whatever that’s fine I guess. I lowkey feel like he didn’t want to help me with anything. Once my food came he didn’t check on me or anything the one time I asked for ICE for my drink he acted like he was annoyed judging from gestures and body language. But once I asked for the check and I paid with my card. I clicked no tip with the intentions to give him a cash tip but He had the nerve to ask me why I clicked no tip ?! And went back and forth with me I asked him to relax I’ve never been to a establishment that asked me for a tip or why I wasn’t tipping and I also said if you look closer in my hand I had the tip in my hand already. Which was sooo rude. Honestly speaking I decided not to tip and I told him why I wasn’t I never experienced that before. It didn’t leave me with a warm feeling about this restaurant.

There’s a lot to really enjoy about this place, great menu and atmosphere. The service could tighten up to truly set it over the top. It’s a little too “laid back”/lacks urgency on all fronts, but maybe my timing has been off, never really been there during peak hours.

I have been a loyal patron for a few years but perhaps not anymore. Last night I ordered delivery via UBEREATS and about 40 minutes after I ordered I received a notification on the App that my order had been cancelled by the restaurant because they did not have an item that I ordered. Really?!?! Why not call the customer and ask them to choose a substitution? Why cancel the order? IMO that is very poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. Not cool at all.

Visited Northern Soul for lunch. Very cool atmosphere with a pool table, TVs, and some tables situated in a half patio/half indoor fashion – which was awesome since we didn’t want to roast in the sun. I had the chicken wings and my partner had the vegan chickn sandwich; both dishes went well with some tequila based cocktails and the red sangria. The service was great and fast. I would definitely return.

A group of girlfriends and I decided to try this spot out and I was looking forward to it. When I arrived I had to circle the area a bit and finally found a parking spot. The place was cute and they had indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors and it was a closed in area with heaters and filters in each of them and it was a cool idea.
