Stumbled upon this coffee shop while waiting for dinner at a neighboring restaurant and we were blown away. We truly think we found the best coffee shop in Huntsville! Since we’re both lactose intolerant we were more than thrilled at all of the dairy free options including whipped cream. They also do curbside if you call ahead they will have it ready to run out to your car cause we all know downtown parking can be a hassle. Highly recommend the French toast frappe!

Northside is my favorite coffee roaster anywhere. It’s incredible luck on my part that I happen to live in Huntsville and get to pick up their fresh beans locally. They are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and have a talent for roasting very nicely balanced blends and single origins with exceptional consistency. As a coffee nerd who brews coffee at home in all sorts of ways, the Mugshot Blend has become my new do-everything default. Please keep doing what you do!

Their iced lattes are so delicious. The bean does not taste bitter and the milk, sugar and flavors are so well balanced. They don’t make the drinks too sweet. I really have enjoyed the drinks I’ve gotten from Northside coffee. Not many people know about them and I feel like more people should!

I couldn’t be happier with Northside Coffee. I recently placed an online order for a light roast ground Colombia Caladas Juan Felipe. The ordering process was quick and easy and Northside kept me updated via email on my order status. A few short days later, I received my coffee in nice keep-fresh packaging. The coffee smelt great, and I loved the flavor— hints of dried raspberry. I would order from Northside again, and I highly recommend Northside to anyone who enjoys exceptional coffee.

Great quality coffee for at home brewing. I use a Breville Barista Express, the team told me exactly what grams to use for a double shot. Tried it out this morning, and it’s fantastic. So happy a local coffee roaster has such amazing quality.

We found this hidden gem across from County Courthouse while walking one of the art fairs. We wanted to grab brunch and loved the outside seating at Beezr (as well as the Chorizo Tacos!) Once there we learned that their coffee is craft roasted by Northside Coffee. Got to meet one of the Founder/Crafters and had the most delightful conversation learning about their roast varieties. Their barista (super friendly!) made us the most fabulous Cortados with their fair trade Mexican roast. Soo good! Robust, well balanced, and super smooth. Highly recommend the next time you’re in downtown Huntsville!
