We went with friends to retrieve a new puppy they had bought in Park Falls. It was my birthday and they treated me to dinner. I had Prime Rib and was very happy with it. Staff were very friendly as were most of the residents we met. The restaurant didn’t have a Stout/Porter beer but I tried one called Wisconsin Belgium Ale… Surprise… Tart! Made from cherries very different. They even let me buy a couple 4 packs, one for me one for my friend. I have no idea what the bill was for dinner since I was the guest. All of us enjoyed our meals and would surely go there again… next time we drive the 300 miles to Park Falls!

I enjoyed this place. They had a sign about “required” reservations but since I was quite early, they found a seat for me. Petite prime rib was perfectly cooked but had massive hunks of fat in it. Unappealing but the taste was awesome! Old fashioned’s were strong and muddled (kind of rare these days). Soup was very good – salad looked a day old (what happened to the salad bars?) Very tasty Peanut Butter Cup ice cream drink!

Friendly staff. Very unique late 70s rustic decor. Old but clean. Reasonable prices and generous portions.

They were kind enough to fit us in without reservations, waitress, and hostess were kind and knowledgeable of the menu. Had the friday fish fry, lots of choice, lots of food, but it was just so so. Wonderful fresh bread, but the coleslaw was warm and very tasteless. Breading on the fish was a bit thick but very crispy. Not many other options for someone who doesn’t like fish.

It’s the best place to go for a fish fry and an old fashioned. Have been coming here for several years and will continue to come. I greatly miss the soup and salad bar they once had, but overall it’s a great place

This is a classic northern Wisconsin family run supper club. They focus on fish, chicken, pork, etc. Friday fish fry and Saturday Prime. They just started a blue gill option. Blue gill is my favorite. They use a fairly heavy beer batter, would have liked it a little lighter but still really good and will order it again. I paired it with hash browns, curds, and beer cheese soup (healthy I know.) Wife loved her chicken salad with walnuts, strawberries, and blue cheese. They have good desserts and they have a large adult ice cream drink selection that would make most supper clubs proud. Really friendly service so we will be back again.

Friday night fish fry was very good, ordered the perch and was surprised at the large portion size of the fish. Perfectly battered and fried. Old Fashion drinks were extremely tasty.

Friendly fast service. My husband enjoyed The baked cod and hash browns and I had the drunken pork chop which had great flavor, but the Chop was really overdone. Next time I will ask for it medium. The flavor was great though and the mashed potatoes and fresh green beans were delicious!
