First time trying Jade since they changed hands from great woods mandarin. Pork fried rice was ORANGE?! Chicken wings had a weird sausage taste, the crab rangoons were too sweet, the egg rolls were pink inside.. food was just “okay” not to mention I was told order would be ready in 10 mins, got there on time and still had to wait another 10 minutes and they weren’t even that busy. I won’t be coming back.

This food is not edible! They are NOT Great Woods Mandarin as they tell you. The absolute cheapest ingredients possible and it tastes it! Waste of 55 for 3 combo plates! My 7 yr old is in tears, my plate actually had a hair in it, and the 3rd refuses to even try something that looks and smells like dog food. I called and asked for a refund for at least the plate w hair and they yelled and swore at me then hung up. Very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN. They won’t last long that’s for sure. It would have been more satisfying to burn the 55 bucks, instead it was literally thrown in the trash.

The food was tasteless. The texture and appearance was off, very spongy and pale. I ordered delivery and it was 25 minutes late. Waste of money, literally ended up throwing the food away. I hope they improve and fast.

Super fast delivery! Driver was courteous and kind. Food was amazing! I had the pineapple shrimp and it was awesome. 2 things to note – they didn’t give me any silverware in my delivery and the fried wontons only have meat. No cream cheese. But that may be a regional thing. Otherwise five stars all the way!
