Against my better judgment! I ordered a Norwalk Special pizza. I stopped ordering at this establishment because I received old salad dressing previously. On Wednesday my pizza arrives, two slices in, the third slice had at a strand of HAIR. Now, it wasn’t mine. I have a short short pixie cut. Why aren’t these cooks wearing hair nets???? Years ago it was an awesome restaurant. Not sure if it’s new owners , bad management or suckie employees. Shame on you Norwalk Pizza & Pasta. Never again! Hair! Yucky!!

This place is going downhill. We’ve had our food left at the wrong house, then when I nicely try to tell the staff to please make sure the drivers read the directions, it rarely works.We’ve had drivers get lost constantly it’s 4 times. Once they got it right recently, we never had this issue before last few months. I had the last driver tell me he was driving around. He then told me the number on my house is wrong ..it is not. The order arrives 1 hour 15 min after I order wilted lettuce on cold burger..paid $65.00 and it’s like every time now. Not worth it. It’s upsetting cause they repeat back the order that’s nice. The portions have changed (like everywhere else) and I don’t know if Management changed in the last year but it seems that drivers are not intelligent, maybe not being paid enough and Management is defensive. I’ve been ordering from here for 20 years and will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

I order 3 large pizza 1 pepperoni 1 cheese 1 vegetable 1 small Hawaiian pizza. The pepperoni had no pepperoni I spend $85 dollars. Spoke to the manager was very rude ( never apologized) telling me that the pepperoni was underneath the pizza when there was no pepperoni at all. Last time I will go to this pizza place.

Waste of time, I called in my order a half hour prior to even showing up. and ended up leaving before even receiving the food I paid for because i was simply just out of time. Not only did they not even remember to start my order at all, but I was also watching as new customers enter, order, and exit, before getting my food which we all know can feel like forever. The food is alright I guess, but I didn’t even get to try the order because I waited so long I lost my own appetite and left without it or a refund. If you want to wait hours for average pizza go ahead, but I’d rather make DiGiorno than wait here again.
