To begin, the food was AMAZING!! Steaks were cooked perfectly and were tender and delicious along with the sides. My only complaint, which is a contributing factor to my negative review was the service (or lack thereof!)

This lovely supper club has a great feel to it inside and out. The prime rib, walleye, and chicken marsala were all delicious. I think they’re a little understaffed as we sat for awhile before we got asked about drinks and whether we were ready to order. The service was a little slow throughout, though very helpful when around. I suggest just sitting back and enjoying the amazing view of Kimble Lake from the back windows of the restaurant while you wait.

We had reservations at 6, shows up 10 minutes early and were seated right away. Service was good. I believe they run short handed like most restaurants. I had the Filet and my wife had the salmon both were great.

Went there for an anniversary. Reservation were at 6:30. Got our table right away. It took awhile for someone to come see us. Service was slow. Was excited to try the ribs and chicken but they were out of both. Had the duck instead. Will skip it next time as I have had much better other places. The rings are great. My wife got the scallops. They were good but her mashed potatoes came out cold and were underwhelming. We will try again as we like the atmosphere.

We, table of 5, tried Norway Ridge for the first time in July. All of the food was excellent in taste (prime rib, smoked chicken, grilled walleye, steak). Our waiter provided kind, informative, and impeccable service. The atmosphere is a casual north woods supper club vibe. We were treated like royalty. It is hands down the best place to eat in the Crosslake area. We will be back!

We have noticed food quality and service have dramatically declined this year. We loved this restaurant because of the consistent incredible food and service. We have been disappointed in our recent visits, the staff all seems to be new, and it’s missing its desire to be of service to its guests.

Noisy and crowded in the middle room. Food was good. Carrot cake was Delicious! Our server was inattentive. One in my party didn’t have silverware despite repeatedly asking for it until after the salad. Likewise lemon for the fish and a box to take home leftovers. We never got more water, nor a second glass of wine. Inexcusable at a place like this. Disappointed

Looking at the menu nothing jumped out as unique. Limited standard fare. The dinner salad and smoked chicken was good. The tenderloin steak was not. Not flavorful and mushrooms were under cooked. Service and atmosphere was very good. Excellent cocktails!
