We happened upon this wonderful place on our journey through norther Wisconsin. The best happenstance to occur in a long time. We ordered the Cajun walleye and the Cajun shrimp both were delicious. The appetizers clam chowder and hot bacon salad were excellent. We topped the night off with a flight of wonderful liquor infused ice cream treats. We came on a Monday evening and it was packed. If you want a really good table you should call ahead. We sat at the bar and were happy with the experience.

We had never been to this place in all of our times to the northwoods and were glad to go. The Atmosphere was pretty good. We ended up getting here with an almost 2hour wait. After a few minutes waiting and searching for another possible place to eat they offered us a table in the bar area. Other than being especially loud it was pretty cool to see all the cool ice cream drinks being made with precision. At our table we ordered the Chicken Alfredo, Stuffed Salmon, and the Blackened Scallops. We also ordered the Cheese curds. The Alfredo was nothing to write home about. Not a great amount of any flavor especially the chicken. The stuffed Salmon was INCREDIBLE and the Blackened scallops were cooked nicely. The Blackened Scallops had so much powder on the top of the scallop that they were hard to swallow without some liquid to wash them down with. I wish that I had tried their other scallops now. I ended up adding a little butter to the dish that they were in and that seemed to help. The clam chowder was also pretty yummy. I would make sure to get some of that. I would for sure recommend this place. Our waitress was pretty attentive for the amount of people she was serving. I would say that the only thing she could have done was talk more about their special items like the ice cream drinks and such. We would have probably added those to our order.

Awesome food and atmosphere!!! Wait staff was great! They were able to accommodate a menu change and it turned out fantastic! I ordered the pork ribeye with teriyaki sauce brushed on the finish. Excellent char on the pork. They nailed it! Steak was great as well as all the sides. We will be back!

A year later and still a great place for a great meal and quality time with friends and family. Ice cream drink flight is still the best!

We had a fantastic dinner tonight. Jessica was a wonderful server. She went the extra mile to assist my wife, who has a few food allergies. I had the duck, which was superbly prepared, and the wild rice chowder soup was excellent. They are known for ice cream drinks, and the 3 we ordered were great. The drinks are so huge its difficult to finish by yourself. I really liked the Edgar.

Always 4.0+ meal! Tommy and his brother have it figured out. Food is delicious. Relish tray is old school and delicious as well. Try out an ice cream drink! We have the brandy Alexander. Nobody can stack it as high as Tommy!

The Norwood Pines is always solid, a trip back to the Wisconsin of my youth. The food is always very good, the menu is old school, with some updated takes. I had the Veal Oscar and my son had the NY Strip. The quantity of food does not disappoint. In addition to the fried steak tips appetizer, the house appetizers of peanut pasta salad and fried won ton and cheese was a good start. The simple raw spinach salad with hot bacon dressing was excellent and the loaf of fresh baked bread rounded the meal out. Our server was great and attentive. I have been here many times and I will be back again.

By far one of the best places for stuffed salmon, Canadian lobster tails, and clam chowder here in Wisconsin. You won’t be disappointed eating here. Will definitely be back. Malina was the perfect waitress. Also hats off to the cook, in my eyes the food was perfection. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful atmosphere and most food was good. Wild rice clam chowder was delicious, as was the flight of ice cream drinks. Prime rib had good flavor but was kind of tough. Free appetizer, bread and salad were all great. Request the sun porch-beautiful!9

My previous and present experiences have been outstanding. Norwood Pines has the ambiance of a yesteryear supper club. As you drive up you immediately feel you are going to be in for a treat. The amazing handmade drinks and delicious menus never disappoints. You have 3 options to either dine in, the screen porch or outdoors. The atmosphere is warm and intimate with a friendly competent staff who make it their mission to provide a relaxing evening out. To me it is perfection.
