I really want to like this concept. They serve some of our favorites and it’s conveniently located, hence the two stars. Twice we’ve gotten pickup and both times have had poor customer service experiences. The most recent trip the cookies we ordered (3 chocolate chip, 1 white chocolate cranberry, $14) were out of stock. Instead of refunding, or even notifying us at pickup, they gave us 5 snickerdoodles, charged the $14, and scribbled this note that we didn’t see until we got home. I just wish that was communicated in real time so we could have passed on cookies we didn’t order and gotten a refund instead.

My chicken burrito was so so good!!! Also loved that I could get sweet potato fries with it. 🙂 The variety on their menu is perfect, can satisfy all my weird cravings and get all my favorite foods at the same time.
