Was such a relief to find a healthy option for our family! I really can’t do anymore heavy fare/fried food and meat mountains as much as I love it. I needed a more veggie based option and do not have the energy to figure that out while visiting my aunt in hospice. We really enjoyed our bowls and our 7 year old daughter loved her smoothie bowl, which was like a big treat for lunch. I got the Nori bowl and added chicken, and my husband got the Power Bowl with added chicken. We both felt so good after eating that we are trying to figure out how to eat like this more often. The business made it very easy to order when we popped in with lots of questions, and we really appreciated they were masked and brought food out to us in our truck.

Delicious, freshly made smoothies with healthy ingredients and a range of add-ins (chia, protein powders, etc), as well as tasty lunch bowls (veggie and meat options) and drip coffee (including their version of bulletproof coffee). Add a delicious hard-boiled, Tamari egg to your lunch for some extra protein (see photo).

Finally fresh clean eating in Coos Bay! Dog friendly seating, too! Had the nori bowl and it was so flavorful, fresh and fast. Enjoyed sitting outside on the enclosed patio. Very attentive and friendly service. Can’t wait to go back. Definitely a place that can be Whole30 and Paleo friendly.

I went there and had a Buddha Bowl & it was good enough for the real Buddha. They’re called a “scratch kitchen” & this means they make everything from scratch. Good place to get a bite to eat if you ever find yourself hungry in Coos Bay.

It was just what I needed at the coast. I highly recommend the bowl with eggs, but I can’t find it on their menu at the moment. It was satisfying, but not heavy. Plenty of food, but perfect proportions and very flavorful.

This place was a great stop on our way down the Oregon coast. The vegan waffles were delicious and we got two smoothies as well.

Good food, with vegan or carnivore options. Smoothies are tasty and can be a complete meal by themselves. We had the chicken & chutney bowl, and egg roll bowl on our last trip and they were delicious. Last time I had the Buddha bowl and it too was excellent. Lots of options for your casual lunch musings.

Seriously delicious, fresh, healthy, filling food that makes you feel so good. This place is a gem! They are not offering dine in but even tho they seemed a little busy between in person and phone orders they got our food out quick and I’m currently devouring my leftovers as I write this because the portions are big!

Friendly and speedy service. I wanted to like the food so bad and it’s just… not good. I had the chicken and chutney and in theory it sounds so good but the execution was flavorless and I hate to say it, but extremely simple. The meal reminded me of something I’d make (I’m an experienced cook) on a random night out of whatever I might have laying around and apologize to my family for serving it to them because it was a flop. I hate to say all that but it’s true. I wish I would have ordered a smoothie instead. I have a feeling those are much better.
