The food is tasty and the prices are good. My only issue is the WINGS. When my family ordered 2 dozen mild wings, we received them all stuffed in a box which was put in a plastic bag. Which is fine, except when I returned home and opened the box, ALL of the sauce was in a puddle and none of it on the actual wings. So we received 2 dozen plain wings with a cup of mild sauce in the bottom….

Terrible delivery meal! Im at a motel, they didnt give any napkins or eating utensils! For the $ 25.00 I spent, I could of got prime rib elsewhere ! Never ever again !

It has been quite a while since I have been here due to health problems but I saw enjoy the lovely with ladies that run this little restaurant I had my son with me today who’s in his 40s he never been there before and he enjoyed it as much as I did when I walked in there say hello stranger and they wonder where I’ve been and I told him because of medical things I hadn’t been around and she goes is everything okay now everything’s going good now. They are so thoughtful and they let you take their time figuring out what you want to eat and they give you a great serving of whatever you’re getting today we had subs and french fries and Pepsi. I just love going there because they are so wonderful and I always leave a good tip because they are such wonderful ladies. I hope they continue to run it for a long time. I strongly recommend going there it is a wonderful place to be to eat.

This place is a joke. I called and ordered wings and got a delivery. I stay 3 miles away from the store and was told the delivery charge would be $2.00. Then when my food arrived I noticed I was charged $10.00 for a 3 mile delivery. 10 dollars!!! That’s almost more than my whole order. Owner was super rude, raising her voice at me and then hung up on me. Real classy guys. I’ll never order here again

The food was decent – I had a good sandwhich. The woman there was very nice. The pizza there has a sauce that is more like spaghetti sauce, and the cheese isn’t that great either, but the dough/bread was quite phenomenal. Not a disappointing experience.

First time at Lowville Mr. Subs. I wanted to try it because I have always had a good experience at Pulaski Mr. Subs. When I first walked in there was no one in sight. Then a man appeared to let me know someone would be right with me. His appearance was that of a bum living in the streets. An older woman came to take my order. She asked me several times what I wanted on my sub. She couldn’t remember a simple order. I got my sub and went to work. At lunch time I was very much looking forward to enjoying my sub. My third bite in I tasted something odd. I proceeded to eat my sub. When I couldn’t bite through my sub I stopped eating it and opened it up to investigate. I then found the paper that separats the meats for storage in my sub. How do you forget to remove the paper? Needless to say it wasn’t a good experience and I won’t be going there again.

This place is nothing but a bunch of liars who have serious customer service issues. Regardless of how their food tastes they should not treat customers the way they do. When they mess up they blame it on someone who worked during a different shift and tell you to kick rocks. They round up the price of items on a receipt just to make it easier numbers for them to add. My receipt came out to one number and they wrote a different number underneath it and charged me for what they wrote instead of what they rung up on the register. Eat at the expense of your dignity.

Food was disgusting not edible & when I explained the issue they were incredibly rude & rather than fix it they refused claiming they could refund me half my money but not remake the food correctly. Then they charged me again (half price) to do it with sauce on the side. Never had such a terrible experience ever. I know a loyal regular customer who will never go back now.
