Outstanding! The first thing you should know is that the owner is from up North. So when you get your food it is actually HOT! Not warm like most restaurants in Atlanta, but nice and hot. The food is also very delicious. The fried chicken was crispy (whole wings), the collard greens were the best and those candied yams were serious. I received excellent and friendly service and intend to return to try the breakfast foods.

If you’re looking for good customer service forget it. Overpriced for portion size, compared to other restaurants in the area. No menu posted so you’ll need look through the glass to see what they have. The food was good but not worthy of a second visit.

They came up short today. I went for the baked chicken (which was on the menu) only to be told that they had curry chicken. I went ahead and ordered the curry chicken. When I returned to the office to eat, there were more bones than chicken over a large portion of rice. The taste was good, but the portion of chicken was not.

First time going there. The owners claim that he could make a burger that beats no other. Well today I’m going to see. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant, period. To have been open for three years already, you’d never know it because the owners are still ‘hungry ‘….and by that I do mean hungry for your… our business. nothing but continued success!!!!

I ordered from grubhub and boy this place did not disappoint. I ordered the salmon salad, peach cobbler chicken and waffles and the grits and egg plate. It was delicious to my tummy and the best meal i ordered in a long while. They seem like cool down to earth people from speaking on the phone and i will for sure be back for more southern cuisine. Keep up the good work because its good!!

So. I live in NJ, but my parents live in GA. For the life of me, I have a hard time finding a black centered breakfast spot near their house. Meanwhile, I trip over them in NJ. Anyway, Google led me to this spot. So, I ordered on Postmates for pick up. I don’t know about you, but I always have an existential crisis of sweet or savory for breakfast. On this day, I wanted both. The choices/combos did not necessarily cater to this, but I wound up ordering: Fried whiting, pattie sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, and a waffle. I planned on sharing all of this food. I arrived at the restaurant after the app advised my order would be ready. When I arrived, it was not ready. No problem. I waited. As I waited, I was advised that they had just run out of waffles, but they still had the sausage and fish. Ok. No worries. I was bummed, but whatever. Me and the lady at the counter had a hard time figuring out how she would credit me for the waffle that I was not receiving. She was trying to do it on her end, but was receiving an error. In the end, she handed me cash. No problem.
