Welcome to Nourish Mediterranean restaurant.
We bring the refreshing scents of cardamom and saffron mixed with oriental flavors from the Mediterranean sea to Minnesota. I will always serve Arabic coffee as our treat, so please remember to smell it, especially the cardamom, before drinking it. Then close your eyes and drink it while recognizing each spice in it, especially the saffron. So, you can imagine that you are by the Mediterranean sea.
Nourish was named after the founder’s name (i.e., the chef) “Nour.”
I believe that food is an art. I am a chef who expresses his feelings into food. We opened only for you as you deserve to experience the original taste of Mediterranean food.
