UPDATE: The establishment reached out, and i very much commend them on owning mistakes and offering the refund. I took my order back in and spoke with the manager on hand. She was very polite and prompt and apologized for the debaucle last night. I will say that all the vodka fumella pies I have ordered recently were always perfect and tasted phenomenal, and the delivery temps of pie and salad were fine. I hope to try them again in the future.

They have a really good tasting pizza. The crust has great texture and plenty of toppings. I’ve eaten pizza all over the US being a truck driver and this pizza is in the top 3 or 4 overall. Good pizza at a good price. The individuals on the phone and delivery were professional as well. I did try the BBQ chicken wings and they were good although back home they cut them down further… overall I’m very satisfied with everything. It’s a good place to go if you’re hungry!

Posted pictures of my pizza I got on their Facebook page and said it wasn’t worth the $23 for my pizza and they blocked me. Here is the pictures of my pizza. Disappointed they resorted to blocking me instead of satisfying my complaint. Been supporting them since 2012 and now I will be finding another pizza joint.

Huge menu and great food. Unfortunately 9/10 times our order is wrong- mostly missing sides or an entire item. Whether we order via the Slice app or by calling the store- rarely is our full order accurately fulfilled. Have never actually gotten a refund or credit for the errors either.

The Detroit pizza is very good. The options and variety at Novatony’s is impressive too. That ranchero pizza with corn and chipotle sauce was so good. Unfortunately, Novatony’s has some consistency problems. Sometimes the same pizza is way different than the time before and too frequently I get an order without the extra sauces I requested and paid for and that’s disappointing.

Novotny has the best pizza. I would have to say, they are in the top 5 pizzas that I have ever eaten. I have tried quite a few of their specialty pizzas and they were fantastic, but just their Peperoni pizza is terrific..

I was excited seeing a Novitnys listed in Worthington delivered to Ford City! Short lived excitement…my first order, no problems. Hot delish pizza. My second order was really late being delivered. The delivery driver called lost but didn’t leave her number. I called Novitnys and I was told, “we don’t deliver to Ford City”, ” The delivery person was the “only one they had”, and they were located in Saxonburg. I especially loved hearing “you’re not our only customer”! And I was being nice! According to the woman on the phone, they no longer have a Worthington location nor do they deliver to Ford City. It’s a shame because they have such good pizza and they deliver…I never did get a refund like the woman said.
