We met the boss of the restaurant and he gave us recommendations on the items on what to order and what they’re specialized in and the staff tried their best to answer questions or translate/describe items in the menu for those who may not be familiar with Vietnamese food and names.

New management is the worst. I never had a bad experience until the restaurant was renovated and under new management. Terrible service, i had to remind them i ordered boba tea after they forgot. Almost paid 2x til I had to reassure them I definitely ordered boba tea with my food and not that I was ordering after my meal. Decided to give this place another chance yet I was disappointed once again. I paid $12 for a plate that was advertised for SIX veggie egg rolls. This looks like three egg rolls broken into 6 pieces.. in all seriousness does that look like a $12 plate to you? Used to be one of my go to places for pho but it’s sad to say I will NEVER be returning.

Seriously. BOMB. I’ve never seen a Vietnamese spot really step it up to this level. Wagyu pho and spring rolls FTW! Why the heck are other pho spots on Federal not doing this? The crab cheese wontons are made by hand, perfectly crispy. The best dish though is the off-menu item wonton egg noodle soup. Dear God this is so good!

This is THE place to go to for authentic Vietnamese food in Denver. Our family was in town for vacation and Now Phở was hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant out of all the ones we tried. My parents are very particular about food and they thought the food was even better than some of that in Vietnam. High-quality ingredients, very flavourful, and excellent service. This will be the first place we come back to next time we’re in Denver.
