The food is okey. The customer service is not bad but the waiting period is longer than other places & they charges depending on their mood because I placed an order for pick up. I checked the price from their website, confirmed the price over the phone and paid almost double than what I anticipated. Do not recommend this place.

Noya, a Bangladeshi restaurant, offers a unique culinary experience with its crispy and tasty fried chicken. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the woman working there was not as pleasant and came across as rude. Despite this, the overall dining experience was enjoyable.

Service was extremely bad. One of the guy took our to go order and when we arrived there, our food wasn’t ready. We waited 25 mins then decided to dine in. We gave them 2 fuchka plates and later chicken fries. The guy was dumb and never took our order. We had to tell the other women was serving. Finally when we got our bill, he didn’t give us proper change. Like he doesn’t know how to count. I don’t know how these people work in such places. Extremely bad service overall.

Visited Noya Kitchen back in May and had such an amazing experience. The delicious food, the ambience and above all, the hospitality I got from the owner Faisal Quraishi was so much heart wrenching! Will recommend everyone to try their food and will surely come back when I am visit LA in future.
