Me and my mother been going to nuccis for years, when they closed down we were so sad! They reopened two weeks ago and we went for dinner last night. Was amazing! We got a ton of delicious food and great drinks. So happy to see it back and running and can’t wait for the new things they have planned for the location in the future ! Highly recommend, great environment, family atmosphere. We had three generations, and everyone loved it, including the kids. They went out of their way to accommodate and make everyone feel as if we were home. Everything from appetizers to dessert was two thumbs up, highly recommend you take a pizza home as well you will not regret it.

Just held a party for my daughters baptism & couldn’t have made a better choice. Leading up to the party, the owner Paul met us on multiple occasions to go over various packages, specific orders / restrictions. He accommodated my wife with gluten free pasta & assisted with a couple of others with restrictions. We were treated with kindness & respect on every meeting & truly felt like family. The party itself was nothing short of spectacular. Everybody raved about the portion sizes, freshness & exceptional service. Our server Paul was absolutely phenomenal! He consistently checked on every person in the party ( 40 ) & was extremely patient and courteous to the additional 13 kids. Nobody needed to ask for more water, bread or any other pitchers of drinks.

I ordered two slices of sausage pizza. I should have known the food wouldn’t have any taste when I walked in and didn’t smell garlic. But nooooo, I forged ahead and ordered anyway. They made the sausages to order but the pizza sauce tasted like it was from a can of paste. I didn’t taste one drop of seasoning. It’s in expensively priced as two sausage slices were only $6. But if I’m being honest, it isn’t worth that much. I added my Goya Salad and Vegetable Seasoning to help things along. The only way I could see myself returning is if I only had $6 and nothing and I mean NOTHING (not even 7Eleven) was open.

My grandmother passed away recently and we had the repast here. The owner was incredible at helping us getting everything set up last minute. The food was delicious and plentiful. Nucci’s was the best restaurant I’ve ever been to for pizza. My friend and I expected to just go in and get a few slices but we decided to sit in and eat and we were presented with amazing service, a beautiful dining area, and great food. Also I definitely recommend the calamari.

I have been coming to this restaurant on and off over the past decade. I usually would go to the one on Forest Ave which closed down. I came in a little late for dinner (8:30) and realized me and my family were the only ones dinning. Overall I am usually very satisfied with their quality and service. Unfortunately this time around was not so good. Ordered a Caesar salad that came out watery with all the ingredients soggy including the croutons. I ordered zuppa di clams which a few of them were foul. I was hoping it was just the one but it ended up being around 4 clams. I was turned of and ended up not finishing the dish. After finishing our appetizers and waiting for our entrees, we were told that they were out of shrimp. So we decided to change our dish to chicken instead. Five minutes later we were told they did have the pappardelle pasta that the dish comes with. The main thing that had me twisted the most is when the waiter came back with our seltzer water refills. They all had small black moldy things floating in the water. I’m guessing they need to clean the system out but I’m not sure. I didn’t wake up sick so I’m glad for that. Otherwise the entrees we ordered were very delicious. May I also mention that In the front of the restaurant there is a mound of garbage on the ground. I would say there is 3-4 cubic yards of refuse that smells and is an eyesore as well. It’s not even close to the vicinity of their private carting containers. Maybe it was illegally dumped. I don’t know.
