The service was nice. They didn’t rush us with our orders, which didn’t make us feel like we had to hurry up with choosing what to eat since it was our first time here. The decor looked cool as well. There were different drawings on their inside walls that showed various Vietnamese dishes, which looked so trendy! We ordered a bowl of Bun Bo Hue ($16.50) and a bowl of Bun Thit Nuong ($12.00). For drinks, we also ordered the Passion Jasmine Green Tea Fusion ($5.25) with lychee popping boba ($0.50) and the NUDO House Coffee ($6.50).

The pho is so good! Not only does it come out bigger than other places, but the broth is flavorful without any sauces! My mom and I had pho and my siblings got bun bo hue which they both said was really good! I tasted the broth for the bun bo hue and it was flavorful as well! Their ice tea is so aromatic and their chicken wings were so flavorful as well! Absolutely enjoyed the food and drinks and will definitely be coming back!

Been looking forward to eating here. I had the chicken pho, which I didn’t eat because it still had the skin on the chicken which creeps me out texture wise, but the fusion wings and their house special coffee was so freaking good. They have automatic gratuity on the bill but I don’t even think it is 20%. I’ll be back to try other menu items and I may get the coffee every single day!

Everything was the best I’ve had. Wasn’t expecting to be to good due to me ordering to go as I’ve never had a good experience with pho to go anywhere else. We ordered pho tai, shaken beef, shrimp fried rice and some rolls. I’ve never had anyone come close to my usual go to place but this one is the best I’ve had and I’ve been eating Vietnamese for over 20 years. I can’t wait to go back and eat again.

Honestly the best pho in all of New Orleans. I moved here from out of town and have tried so many pho places. I thought moving to a bigger city means more pho options, but came to realized New Orleans and Metairie did not have any authentic, or tasty pho. If you go down the street to pho Michael for take out or dinner, you’ll notice how small their portion is. If you go to orchid, it’s soooo water down (same goes for michael). Dong phuong and pho bằng are good as they pass for restaurant quality, but NUDO tastes like home, tastes authentic, taste rich and honestly is better than my own mothers (I thought I’d never say that in my life). Not only is their pho good, but everything else they have on the menu taste like home made Vietnamese cuisine, but on steroids. The atmosphere is amazing and the quality of take out is the same as dining in. I love how consistent they are and they deserve more recognition. Thank you for being my new pho spot. It’s hard when you live far from family and I love that I can have the taste of home here.
