The food is usually really really good here. The spicy beef ramen is my absolute favorite! Unfortunately this time I got cilantro on mine despite my request for none and such small pieces I couldn’t get them all out. The waitress did ask if I wanted them to remove it or make a whole new bowl and I hate to waste so they took it out as best as they could.

I have been a handful of times, sometimes by myself, and sometimes with my son. We always had excellent service, and the food was always delicious. The salted carmel porter was delicious as well. Highly recommend for some good ramen.

Ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen x2 and the beef rice bowl for the 2 kids to split. When the food was ready, Cody, our waiter, made sure the kids were set up for success. The beef bowl came split in two bowls (one for each kid). He also made them “cheater chopsticks” so they could eat just like Mom and Dad. Food was great, service was great. Coming back whenever we find ourselves up North again!

Enjoyed our lunch here and so as the music. Place was clean and i like their serving sizes. The pork bun appetizer can be better but the gizzard was cooked perfectly. I don’t usually like Ramen coz i find it too salty but not this one. The beef that i got was so tasty. I like the set up inside as well.

Went to the nudo Ramen house a week ago and was super happy to find they have a lot of gluten free items! Even the fried tofu is gluten free !!! So happy I found this place. Amazing chicken teriyaki and black pepper beef. Super happy with the experience and the sparkling pear drink is a must have. Such good food and amazing prices and AWESOME STAFF! will be coming in again shortly

The Ramen was very good here and I was pleasantly surprised. The selection wasn’t the best but the food is good. Service was satisfactory but could use a little more attentiveness considering it was just my friend and myself in there. The place was very clean and so was the bathroom. They did offer outside dining that looked nice as well. If you are looking for Ramen in spokane there are limited options but this should work.
