Server and staff were friendly and very nice. However, the food left a lot to be desired. The ramen had a greasy texture, the broth was lackluster and the pork belly was mediocre at best and the mahi was over cooked.

One of our favorite spots in Eagle and Summit County. The Ramen is amazing! We love the relaxed vibe of the place and the service is always good and pleasant. We have been eating here once a week for several months and never tire of the food. The apps are amazing as well It’s the perfect place for after skiing!

This place is always delicious. The ramen noodles are the best I’ve ever had and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are doing it right here with their single sourced Colorado beef and other high quality ingredients. It’s small so get there early or grab some takeout. The perfect meal after a day on the slopes.

This is my go to spot for takeout after a long workday in Vail. The Ramen is spot on. As a local, I can say there is limited affordable variety in the valley. I’m really glad this place is here. I’m also really stunned by the small minority who rated this place below 4 stars. I can assure whoever reading this post that those folks will never be pleased with anything anywhere. If you enjoy Ramen, you will not be disappointed.

Was very excited to try this place, but I am sad to say that this was one of the worst culinary experiences of my life. Took forever, rude staff, and got the order wrong. Best part was that the reason it took so long, is that the the only person on the kitchen (the owner/chef) decided to walk out of the kitchen to speak with his friends for 30 min, without ever starting our food. Was very satisfying seeing that his friends (only other people in the restaurant who arrived 15 min after we placed our order) recieved their food, before we even got our appetizers. Extremely disappointed. Never a good feeling when customers needs and expectations are completely ignored.

This place is undergoing change in management when we visited for dinner. A sign on the door stated soft opening, so expectations should be lowered while the new crew gets on track. The ramen and udon weren’t too bad except for the Manhattan-level pricing. I did find the two plates of shrimp tempura rather amusing. The appetizer was anything but tempura, but the pair that came with the udon looked and tasted authentic enough.

The perfect diamond in the rough! In a strip mall, nothing fancy from the outside- inside is modern and beautiful! After visiting my brother in Japan, this is the BEST ramen we have found in the states!

I liked it! It wasn’t quite as good as NYC ramen (I may be biased because I live near NYC) but the food was enjoyable. There was a great deal of vegan and vegetarian options. The place itself is super cute too. I would recommend Nudoru to travelers as a nice place to get noodles for lunch. (:
