Very much in the very high end of restaurants. My three courses with a mocktail was $100+. Just FYI. The design and decor is beautiful. A lot of thought and planning went into the look and feel of the place. However, I’m sure my friend and I were sitting in some sort of hallway of a building. The service was excellent – the server was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food had great presentation, but taste was nothing special for it to be priced as it was. The Fried Whole Fish was good and fresh. The Pho Pate and Tropical Che was alright. All good but nothing extraordinary. May just be me. I’m going to stick to the Eden Center and many other Vietnamese food options in the area.

Nue is a great restaurant. The decor is beautiful, staff was nice, food tasted amazing and the drinks were superb. My only concern is that the prices are a bit steep in my opinion and there is a limited menu I would love to see more dishes.

Parking is easy to find. They have a free garage with plenty of spaces, and easy elevator access. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the garage and restaurant were easy to transport her back and forth. We dined in as a party of 9. We had 6 adults and 3 children. The staff was very warm and welcoming. We had the Grilled Oysters, Pho Pate, Seafood Cha Gio, Crab Asparagus Soup, 21 Day Aged Ribeye, Whole Fried Fluke, Coconut Curry Risotto, Short Ribs Parpadelle, Yucca cake with ice cream, and the Tropical parfait. The grilled oysters were really good, they came with a buttermilk vinegarette. Wish I had about 10 more of them. The pho Pate was really good too. I’m not usually a fan of any kind of liver, but this was amazing. I could eat it all day. You can taste all the spices in the pate, which make it super flavorful; loved that it came with the crispy cruller donuts. The seafood Cha Gio was better than most I’ve had. They actually use a tapioca shell which is the authentic way rather than the other shells they use at most restaurants. Makes it crisper. The crab asparagus soup was one of the tables favorites. They use hand pulled snow crab to make the soup. They also give you herbs and fried chillies on the side to put inside. Adds a nice flavorful crunch to the soup. Good amount of crab in it too. Loved they had quail eggs in the soup too. The whole fried Fluke was really good, I loved that they give you herbs, noodles, and lettuce to wrap your fish in and they give you a pineapple fish sauce vinaigrette to dip it in. Another one of the tables favorite was the coconut curry risotto. It can also be made vegan and gluten free. It’s probably the best vegan dish we’ve ever encountered. It came with Okinawa sweet potatoes, organic fried Tofu, fried mushrooms and snow pea lentils. The organic fried Tofu in it was extra crispy, and not spongey like some places that cook fried Tofu. My husband really liked the fried mushroom on it which says a lot, because he actually hates mushrooms. The parpadelle was an interesting dish. It had the flavors of vietnamese beef stew, but with Italian innovation, made with parpadelle instead. Both desserts were soooo good. The yucca cake was super crispy on the outside, but almost like a moist mochi on the inside. The tropical parfait was their version of asago/tapioca pudding. It came with mango sorbet, diced up mango/pineapple, lychee. Very refreshing. Their drinks are also really good. Two of us tried the expresso martini and really enjoyed it. We almost ordered another one for dessert but we were too full. Service was excellent, everyone was so attentive including the managers who frequently checked on us. Will definitely be coming back with the family hopefully sooner than later. Wish I had more pictures to post, but ended up being too busy eating.

The food was amazingly delicious. We started off with the Tropical Kickoff (comes in a super cute glass) and the Almost Famous cocktails!! Our appetizers were Pho Pate and Grilled Octopus. The Pho Pate is to die for as it really gives a nice modern twist to Vietnamese cuisine. Grilled Octopus was surprisingly tender as they tend to be chewy in most restaurants. The dill oil and chili emulsion gives an interesting flavor and honestly it does not disappoint!! Our Coconut Curry Risotto surprised us with every bite as it started out sweet and slowly hit us with some spice in between chews. The Fried Whole Fluke was just as delicious as all the dishes before it. Beautifully presented and the mix between fish, vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs and the pineapple Vietnamese vinaigrette was satisfying with every bite. We did save room for BOTH desserts but were too excited to get a picture. Yucca cake – crispy but soft cassava cake served with ice cream. I love the hot crispy cake mixed with the cold soft ice cream, too fun!! Tropical parfait – unique fruits to give a tart and sweet flavor! Super delectable in my opinion!! All in all, price point might be steep but the food is nothing like you’ve tried before in this area. I will definitely bring my friends and family back here again! Julie was our server and service was awesome!

Total instagram restaurant and I dont mean that in a good way…cute decor and food pics but ultimately the quality of food is just average. Got four small plates to try, nothing in the mains looked all that interesting…the octopus and spring rolls were good, the oysters were average, and the pate was basic…all pretty expensive for what it was…def wanted to go because of the ig videos I saw. Wont be going back to try the mains. Went down the street after to eden center for great viet seafood LOL

Wow this is a contemporary fine dining Vietnamese restaurant. The ambience is very nice. You feel as though you are in a Monet painting, in a garden. You are surrounded by flowers. The service was superb. We tried a few of the appetizers but particularly love the Vietnamese seafood spring roll which is made from the original rice paper that spring rolls are supposed to be made from which makes it super crunchy and delicious. I don’t know if I have seen any other restaurants that make Vietnamese spring rolls the way it is made in Vietnam. (The original way). These are the best spring rolls! You can taste all the wonderful fresh seafood ingredients inside of it. The crab asparagus soup has a ton of crab in it and it tasted sooo good. The taste was just absolutely delicious, loaded with crab. This restaurant has the advantage of having fresh seafood ingredients in their plates because of their shared kitchen with Chasing Tails Seafood restaurant. We had the short rib pappardelle which had Vietnamese flavor meat with pasta. Pretty delicious as well. We especially love their cocktails. Their espresso martini is delicious, the Leaf Me Alone cocktail and Almost Famous are both delicious. It is obvious that this place pays attention to detail from the plates and utensils they select and how they serve their soup to the detail of the bathroom decor. I can’t wait to see if they have happy hour for this place! I will definitely come back to try more cocktails and menu items!
