If I could give this place a -100 I would my order was simple half cheese half pepperoni the put pepperoni on the cheese side . They replace the order and the pizza is horrible they didn’t put any sauce on the pizza . I will never order here again and the manager was rude as hell .Nunzio’s on 70th Lorain

My family and I have been ordering from nunzios since 1990 when they opened. Recently I am appalled at the service. I have never called in and complained except when delivery time was over 2 hours and called to find out what the deal was. This week beat all I have ever seen though. When I grabbed my pizza from the porch brought it in let the dog out ect. When I opened the box one of the corner pieces of my half sheet pizza was missing. I called the store waited for the female employee to find her manager for about 6 minutes. Manager got on the phone refused to give her name. I explained what was going on and couldn’t believe it since I have had this delivery driver many times before. Manager explained oh driver just walked in let me ask. I had to sit there and listen to a driver say I must just be looking gor free stuff along with a few choice words zi got to hear. The Manager allowed this to go on for a few minutes. I then let her know, you know I can hear everything you all are saying I am still on the phone. Then I was told the owner would call me the next day. Two days later I have yet to receive no phone call, apologies or compensation for what happened with my food. As you can see by the picture this was pretty deliberately done.

Tried to place a delivery and both places refused to deliver to my location, only reason given was because the drivers “don’t want to”. They are discriminating because of the area despite good people living in these very areas. It’s unfortunate that people get refused service because of where they live but they are willing to drive past this location and drive 10 blocks up to deliver. Tony manager at Pearl tried to say that they don’t deliver here even though they have in the past after asking why he blamed it on the drivers. I will gladly take my business somewhere else but don’t try to lie to customers. It’s a cop out and a weak excuse to not serve a community.

Placed my order almost 3 hours from when they closed, after an hour I called and was assured that my order was in the oven. I’m patient so I waited because I know things could get busy, after almost 3 hours and they are close to closing I finally call again after not getting my order, the same woman I spoke to who assured me my order was on the way answered and left me on hold until I had to hang up and call again, I called back and she did the same thing, after finally calling again after that she told me talked around saying I wouldn’t be getting my pizza. Like I said I know things could get busy but I don’t appreciate my money being taken and then being told I’ll have to bring a “print out” up to the store to get credit or whatever. Just very disappointing. I will be calling when they open again to try and get my pizza delivered again as their first order. Don’t appreciate being lied to or left on hold indefinitely either.

I was in Cleveland last night from out of town and ordered a pizza from here. The prices were extremely reasonable and we were def ready to have some dinner. Unfortunately the pizza we ordered was completely inedible.. don’t let the photos fool you- that is not cheese you see, that is raw pizza dough. The pizza was not even remotely close to being cooked, if it was a little doughy I would have sucked it up and ate it still- but this was pretty bad. So we had an entire medium pizza go to waste and ended up not having the dinner we ordered. Unfortunately I thought this place would be fine because they had one of the higher ratings for a pizza place in Cleveland but due to my experience I would not recommend.

Will only except cash if you’re a new customer. Ordered plenty from old number. Anyways what business doesn’t except cash? Is that even legal ? Also the pizza is nasty soggy no flavor sauce. The only plus is they are open late. I will never order again from here sad too it’s a local pizza shop and I’m sue the family appreciates the local business. I just cant support a business that won’t except cash as payment why is my money no good ?

Nunzios Pizza in my opinion is in the top three best pizza places in the entire state of Ohio. I Love there Pizza point blank period! I always order a large deluxe and there is plenty left over for the following day. There sauce and recipe are brought here from Italy where the owners are originally from. The owners son, who’s name is Aldo is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in your life if you stop by and pick up your food, etc. From their real Tasting and Authentic Food to their outstanding customer service, I PERSONALLY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! COME ONE, COME ALL AND LETS ALL HAVE A BALL!!!!!!!
