Absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of having a reservation? And then tell me that you’re waiting for the family at “the table” to leave. Don’t kick out another family spending time together talking and having a good time just to seat me and my party. Instead push together two of the tables out of the idk 10 or so that are empty and seat my party. Why take a reservation for 11 people if you’re not going to honor it? And then when I ask how long it’s going to be you say again “we’re waiting for the family at the table to leave before we seat you.” That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. At least your bartenders were competent and I at least got a bourbon before I left because I wasn’t seated for my reservation. Had I known I wasn’t going to get seated for my reservation I would have tipped the poor bartenders more. Since you can’t reply to responses I’ll edit to address your response. First off, no profanity was used towards your hostess by me so don’t make false accusations. Secondly, I counted 5 tables on the east side of your restaurant that were big enough to accommodate had they been pushed together. We were the only ones waiting to be seated, so there shouldn’t have been an issue in doing so. And lastly, your hostess was rude when I asked how much longer of a wait it would be after we waited almost a half an hour after our reservation time. Again not sure the point of a reservation if you don’t honor it.

I ordered an XL sausage pizza. The sausage itself was flavorful; however, the sauce and the dough were lackluster. The sauce was missing flavor and gets completely overpowered by the cheese and the dough on the pizza. The dough itself had a taste of char and it wasn’t even burnt. There were burnt remnants of previous items cooked in the oven, sticking to the bottom of the pizza dough, leaving a less than golden brown crust that made most of the pizza taste burnt.

SO DELICIOUS, will be back very soon hopefully. We ordered an extra large pizza with bacon and it was honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had in illinois. 10 stars if i could! with a beer, waters, and bread the bill was only under 30 dollars. VERY WORTH IT.

This is my first time. And it was fantastic. The lasagna especially was wonderful. They’re pasta sauce is extremely good. All three kids shared one medium Pizza. That is their smallest size and we still had two slices left over. The portions are incredibly large. On top of that the service was great had a smile on their face and we enjoyed every moment. It was a great night. On top of that one in our group cannot have gluten and they were able to check with us and make sure everything was good. They even thought of a few things that we did not.

Have been in the service industry for 15 years and I get mistakes happen but this was ignorant. I called and ordered for a delivery for me and my daughter with an estimated wait time 45 minutes called back after an hour and a half and asking where my food was. The receptionist said the food was with the delivery driver and should be there shortly. Another 30 minutes goes by still no food called back and spoke to the lady who supposedly took my order and she says I never gave her an address. After I had already spoken to someone who said my food was out for delivery. Then proceeds to say that I’m ever have address and it was a pick up order!! Manager wouldn’t even get on the phone to handle the situation. Very poor customer service.

We all loved the food. Everything was wonderful. The prime rib was the best we have fount around!! All the food was great. Our waitress was great and she was very busy, still attentive. We have not been there in 20 years but oh will we be back!!
