This place is a hidden gem! It is so good every single time. I love the lamb gyro meat on top of fries with their garlic sauce. It’s great over rice too, and my husband loves the tikka version.

Used to be a happy customer but the quality of their food and the customer service is at an all time low! I asked them nicely to not fry the food to hard and the owner instantly got defensive “saying no one is perfect” I don’t want perfect I just want the food I paid for to be hot and made correctly. I called back because they put way too much pepper on my fries and my food is cold! The owner said I’m the only one who complains. That does not help the fact that my food is cold, they put way too much pepper on my fries and the attitude of the owner is becoming unprofessional. If you are overwhelmed take a break, go on vacation but don’t take it out on people that spend their money to support you! To anyone else thinking about eating here, go with caution and make sure you tell them the truth because obviously they think they can’t be told when something isn’t right with your order! I will not only stop going here but I will tell my thousands of followers to think three times before they do!

Ordered here a few times and def will be adding to my weekly take out. The food is always fresh and tastes great. A lil upset they forgot my red sauce the last order but not enough to lose a star. I used to live around NYC so this is a great price for the quality of food.

NY Gyro and Grill is not a Halal spot, it’s THE Halal spot. The Chicken Over Rice is top notch. It’s always perfectly made. The ingredients are always so fresh and flavorful. You can tell when someone cooks with genuine pride and “love”. I’m hooked. It’s the perfect meal after a long day.

On a road trip from Ohio and was looking for an interesting place to eat in the area when we saw the reviews and had to try it. This place was delicious, clean, and friendly! We had the gyro and some baklava and they were awesome. I only wish we lived closer!

Food here is GREAT! I always got Halal when I lived in Philly. Never tried it in DE. Saw this spot several times and finally decided I wanted to give it a try. Portions are great for the price. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I had chicken & lamb over rice with white sauce, hot sauce, and extra salad. It was delicious. They’ve definitely got a customer in me. Glad I only live 5 mins up the street. I’ll be here at LEAST twice a month. #Bush

We found this place by accident and we decided to give it a chance and we never regretted it! The food is amazing and the place is clean. The guys behind the counters are kind and happy to take your order (weird, I know, some other places get bothered when they see you. Not here). We’ve gone back about 5 times already in a 2 weeks frame. They also have app ordering so they have a head start on your food.

Standing at the counter placing my order I got a good look at are serving station. All the vegetables and fixing looked fresh. I had the falafel gyro. My daughter got the chicken and lamb over rice. The staff was great. We parked around back. They had on side parking as well. The look inside is that of a deli.
