The worst $60 my family has ever spent! I called our pizza order in just after 9 PM (see receipt). The person who took the order said a half hour. My son and I walked there (11 mins). When we got there, I ordered a beer and a soda for my son and paid for the pizza…The only problem was they gave our pizza to someone else and didn’t tell us until I asked 20 mins later what was taking so long…After ten minutes, we got a response about our pizza being given away…five minutes later, we have someone come to the table we were waiting to apologize and offer a free small pizza with anything we wanted on it to make up for the time they wasted in our lives. I ordered a small Sausage & Pineapple pizza. They said everything would be done in 8 minutes….After 15 minutes and us asking about the status of our pizzas, they finally gave us the two boxes. This was 10:30!!!! …And there’s more… After our 11 minute walk back to the hotel where my family and I are staying with other food and wine industry critics, my son and I find out there’s NO PINEAPPLE on consolation pizza!!! Such a bad experience and I’ll happy to share this with others! The staff was either stoned out of their minds or simply not qualified.

Love the buffalo mild wings and the knots. The pizza was so good, we didn’t even talk in between bites. We drive almost 2 hours to come eat here and it hasn’t disappointed. The owner is so nice! He recommended things on the menu and they were delicious! We will be coming back for when we want NY style pizza! Definitely recommend!

Their slices are massive, their “Dare” wings are spicier than they appear, and the pizza is not greasy and quite delicious. Love that they stay open until 3am 7 days a week. The bar has a decent beer selection. Everyone there always seems happy. Sometimes there service is a little slow, but the employees are really nice so it makes up for it.

Placed an order for pickup after 15 minutes on the phone. Received the wrong pizza for the second time, called back, waited on hold for 27 minutes. The workers smelled like body odor and weed when returned after the 20 minute drive back, still on hold. Then 6 staff members are standing around one individual dusting dough knots. The one actually working with gloves removes them to shame me at the register, while pointing out 10 whole dine-in customers he says: “all these people are on hold.” The employees were hopeless with terrible service and if you like to be treated like trash and you want to eat 2 hours later then drive yourself, because delivery will get to you no quicker. You will get better service at fast food, and I’m sure they get paid less. Maybe they can hire some employees worth more than ‘their parents paying rent.’

Ordered a pizza for dine-in, waited 45 minutes before deciding to ask for it to go because we had to get to a movie. I wasn’t angry or upset, I work in food service and understand things happen! Went up to ask for it to-go and the man I talked to was pretty rude. He cut me off mid sentence and started to walk away from me. Then, it turned out the pizza was already done and just sitting in the back in a box. He gave it to me and just said “sorry about that” with a scoff. Ate the pizza quickly in the car, it was dry, lukewarm, and bland! Skip this place, get Mombos instead

Absolutely disgusting service, walked in being ignored for no reason. Waited about 10 minutes while a person who had just come up got their order taken, before someone took our order this woman with red hair mugged me and my daughter. We were about to leave when someone took our order. As soon as we were done ordering the red haired lady took this two girls order immediately as they came to the counter. Food was mid.

playfully talked trash about the business due to me working at another pizza place to one of the owners and they chose to 86 me from the business even after our conversation and me apologizing about what i said and deciding to specifically go to ny pie afterwards to support them. most immature and petty thing i’ve been through in years. as an owner if you cannot take friendly criticism and jokes you have no business running a restaurant. the employees were very respectful and felt uncomfortable telling us that we were not welcome. To NY Pie get your things together and make your store not smell like puke. Please never come here and waste your time there are other alternatives. (aka starving yourself after every other store is closed is a better choice)
