So I had an awful experience 2 years ago but decided to give it another shot and this time much better. The food has always been excellent (5 star for food) the service was okay… we had a table if 8 (3 adults & 5 kids 10-14 and there were open tables, were were out on the bar side and given (2) 6 person tables that could not be pushed together so it was a little awkward but no biggie, a male server came up and took a drink order and then passed us off to a female server she seemed overwhelmed but was nice. We got 2 large pizzas for the kids, adults 1 special pizza, the salmon, and linguine w/clams then the kids got deserts all of it excellent. One other small recommendation coasters or drink napkins the glasses were sweating and making puddles all over the table lol I will be returning and hopefully can get 5 star service with the 5 star food and will update review 😉

A lot of my clients have told me about this place. Today my brother wanted pasta, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try it. I firstly wanted to say how I really liked the design of this restaurant. Whoever did it knew what they were doing. It’s clean, open, and has a nice vibe. Our waitress was Rachel. She was very friendly and helpful. Gave us great information of this establishment and their food. Just by observing the staff around other customers and behind the kitchen. I can tell this place is run and operated by very nice and chill people. The food was really good. We also got slices of pizza to try, and this is one of the best pizzas places we’ve tried so far in Naples. You can tell the food is made fresh. My little brother told me he really enjoyed it and knows we will be back. I’m glad to find a spot with great food and people.

Amazing service!!! Staff is super, super friendly, welcoming and attentive. We sat in the dining room and almost immediately had our orders in and appetizers on the table. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh and hot. My favorite NYPP location, always get the family treatment. 11/10 recommend!

Used to really like this place, haven’t been in a while and I won’t be back. Ordered a pizza and a cookie dessert, i arrived and paid, I asked for a side of ranch. I was informed they were out of the cookie after paying and tipping. I was fine switching out for cannolis. When I got home there was no ranch and the pizza was mediocre at best. Big disappointment on every level, but if the pizza was decent it would’ve made up for everything. 36 bucks down the drain….

Today May 9 of 2023, I needed to order some pizzas early, but no restaurant opens before 11:00 am, I had a commitment to meet so it was around 10:20 am and I was planning to wait outside this restaurant until they opened (New York Pizza Pasta at Riverchase Plaza), the owner noticed and when he found out that I needed to order pizzas he went inside and asked an employee to take care of me, the owner seemed very busy so I couldn’t take time to thank him for so much professionalism and kindness, normally everyone tells you sorry we open at 11:00 and that’s fine, then inside a young man named Stewart took care of me, he was so willing to help me that I was surprised by his kindness, an excellent young man of only 26 years of age, I had been for a while I didn’t have such a nice experience and that’s why I decided to share it with everyone, and the pizzas? very, very good, but even if it had not been what I expected, the way the owner and this young man treated me, I would not have noticed, in the end I thanked that young man and asked him to let the owner know how he made me feel.

I was a walk in order for take out. I ordered two heros. I was asked for a name for the order, and I paid. My receipt said 3:57pm. I sat in the booth 4ft from the take out counter. At 4:40pm I went up to the counter to discover that my order had been ready for quite some time. I asked why nobody said anything when it was hot and ready and the answer I got was, “We don’t do that here” my response…, then why did you ask my name and tell me to have a seat in the closest booth???

The service and food is on point. I live in fort myers and I will most definitely drive to Naples just for the pizza. Jess specifically is really one of the girls in there that makes things a lot brighter! She’s always smiling every time my patient and I come in and always makes sure to greet us and make sure things are all taken care of.
