Very busy but seated right away. Fast service and waitress very attentive. We all had same meal and it was delicious. Fries crispy, fried haddock delicious. Highly recommend. Do not take reservations unless a large party so expect a wait on busy nights. Well worth it.

This restaurant was better than expected. The food was awesome. Our waitress was awesome and the overall price wasn’t bad. We had their bang bang shrimp which is absolutely off the hook, the soup of the day which had three different roasted meats in it was to die for. I have the roasted duck with rice pilaf and steamed carrots. Delicious! My duck was fresh, juicy, and tender. It was great. Skin wasn’t as crispy as I like but overall the dish was delicious. Hope you had the jambalaya which was okay. It’s the East Coast version of the southern version. So. For dessert, we had the lemon berry mascarpone cake. Oh my goodness. And even the coffee was good. We went back the next day.

I discovered this place for the first time a year ago. It is tucked away in a small town next a pretty lake. The food is very good and the prices are fair. There will be leftovers to bring home with you. The people are very nice.

My group and I had dinner here earlier this evening and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Being a restaurant cook in both fine dining and casual eating for over 20 years, I consider myself pretty much an expert at judging the quality of a dining experience. Both the food and the service were off the charts. The server Nicole was exceptional. She worked her tables with incredible efficiency, not a movement wasted. The owner also made a point to make sure we were happy with the experience. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem.

Fantastic dinner, great service and comfortable atmosphere. Really impressed how friendly the staff is. Visited twice during the weekend. Had a Prime Rib the first night and the Filet the next. Delicious.

Spinach salad portion smaller than previously. Bread used is pathetic. Should be fresh crusty bread and not smothered in raspberry sauce. Used to love this salad!

Salmon was cooked poorly. The texture was overcooked and the technique was of very inexperienced quality. The pasta specials were strange combinations with little sauce. The establishment needs more experience chef.

Price is up there but economy is getting whacked out now so i get that. But, while a good decent meal, nothing standout. Service and atmosphere is Excellent and relaxing. So that’s alot of what you’re paying for and to me, thats a big component. I’d def recommend. All considered, I’m happy and would go back.
