The menu is a lot more than BBQ! We had a family birthday dinner w 4 adults and 2 boys 7 and 10. Everyone got something different and everyone loved their selections. We had the fried mushrooms to start and they were the best I’d ever had. Katy was our server and she was wonderful and made the dinner experience even better. At the end they surprised our birthday boy with a delicious brownie and ice cream and sang happy birthday. Lots of fun, delicious food from lots of good menu choices and we left feeling full with great memories.

Food was very good. We ordered Brisket sandwich, chicken breast special and pasta. Salads were good. Service was slow but the place was packed on a Tuesday night. If this was normal they need another waiter and expand their dinning area. We stayed at the comfort Inn next door they’ll give you 10% off if you show them your room key. I just wished it was Friday or Saturday as they serve Prime Rib on those two days.

Great steaks! Bbq pit is fired up only a couple times a week and food is reheated the rest of the time, but the steaks are always fresh, juicy, and delicious. It’s a steakhouse in my mind. A **** good steakhouse! And don’t forget to check out the specials board on the wall. Ever-changing selections of great food items that are not in the menu. Don’t miss out because you didn’t look up! My family eats here about once a month, and we are hard-pressed to find a reason to kick that habit.

It can be hard to find good food on a road trip, especially for a salad-eater. This place was a wonderful surprise. The four of us ordered four different meals and it was nothing but kind words all around. The chef salad with brisket instead of sirloin was the best meal I had in all of Missouri.

I’m sorry. I’m from KC and I can tell you this place is horrible. I ordered the brisket dinner and it tasted like wet dog food. The bbq sauce however was quite good, but obviously it did not help the food out. My hubby got the chicken Alfredo and did not enjoy it. Another friend also got it and swore the white sauce was gravy.. Very very disappointed because we were on the road 5 hrs and unfortunately felt like we got suckered into this place because we were hungry and it was next door to our hotel. The prices were also ridiculous for how mediocre the food was. Definitely do not recommend to out of towners. Especially ones who have tasted real bbq.

Visiting my niece we stayed at the Comfort Inn and walked over, the pulled pork sandwich was awesome and my wife’s French Dip sandwich was great, prices where spot on and we had our food in ten minute’s, to read someone stating it wasn’t real barbecue are the one’s that have no idea what real barbacue is.

Food was way below expectations, took forever to get our food, prices were high would definitely not recommend. I would have much rather had nothing to eat. By far worst food I’ve ever had at a sit down restaurant. Will never return here.
