We decided to come in for dinner. Very friendly and flexible staff. It seems they make the noodles in the store which is a positive. The noodles are also the best part of the ramen, together with the marinated eggs. Not particularly excited about the broth and chashu pork, but not bad either.

Great gem in Pullman. Very authentic. With authentic flavors. Reasonable price but on the weekends can be a bit of a delay. And be ready to pay digitally but they do take regular pay as well. The flavor didn’t took my socks off completely. The tonkotsu didn’t do well for me flavor wise. I will try the veggie next time. I might bring my lemons.

I ordered the Vegan Ramen. It was way better than I expected. Lots of variety besides just noodles. Scallions, garbanzo beans, bamboo in a vegan broth was very awesome.

I had the Tonkotsu and Spicy miso Ramen with a small cold House Sake. Tonkotsu was soothing although I would highly recommend the spicy miso- broth had the perfect blend of spice and the chunky pork meat.

Love this place. My husband and I hadn’t been here before. He ordered, and when he tried his food, he didn’t like it. He wasn’t sure what he didn’t like. When we talked to the waitstaff they had their cook/ chef come out to talk with my husband about what he likes and what the different ramens taste like. They made him a new dish at no cost to us. Super sweet. They’ll have our business multiple times to come.

This place is amazing! All of their ramens are flavorful, rich, and very creative. I had the best bowl of ramen of my life here with their Tan Tan Men and they even made it gluten-free and fish-free just for me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food is incredible. Go here!
