When I arrived to this location, it was just a food truck. There was no seating and they only do carry out order. Staff were friendly. I ordered steak hibachi and they gave me waiting buzzer. I stayed in the car with air conditioning on since it was pretty hot outside. Once it buzzed, I pick up my food. The steak was juicy and delicious. I really like their food but I wish they could put a little veggies in their hibachi and rice. It is just my personal preference. I don’t get use to eat just meat and rice. Price was fair.

I’ve been craving sushi for a while and I didn’t want to dress up to go to Shoguns or the Jade buffet. Imagine my surprise and delight when I found this sushi food truck almost at the end of Karsh! So close to where I was super friendly and respectful. The place is clean with a couple of wooden picnic benches and open till 8:30pm. The menu is easy to read and they have pictures of you look online for it. The food was freshly made right there and it tasted glorious! 1000/10. Definitely earned a new customer. Photos: Farmington roll, volcano roll, bubba roll and California roll. Chopsticks included with meal. (Comes rolled in a napkin and has the soy sauce packet inside).

I’ve eaten here multiple times at this point and have never had a bad experience. I have reviewed Sakaya and I mentioned that each Japanese joint we have in Farmington now fills a specific niche. Sakaya is there for the most authentic Japanese food in town. O-Saki, however, exists for the phenomenal sushi.

Terrible experience. Will never eat again. I order two rolls off the “cooked” menu and both of them were most definitely RAW. My girlfriend order two rolls as well one cooked, one deep fried, received both RAW.

Incredibly good sushi at great prices, very filling and the service was great. Everything was top tier excluding it being 95° outside, but can be solved with an air conditioned car.

I was disappointed with the chicken noodles dish. I spent $11 for it. It was only chicken and noodles. So I spent $5 for a vegetable side. For 1 person, and not much food, that was expensive for me.
