First time here. Ordered for pick up inside. It was a 10 minute wait so decided to take a seat outside. The girl who attended to me inside at the front register came outside to give me my order & a water. It was a very hot day so I greatly appreciated the kind gesture. Good tempura rolls and customer service. Will be coming back.

I visited O Sushi & Grill for the first time last week. I entered the restaurant for a take out order. The first person (a young female) who saw me did not bother to greet nor acknowledge me. The second person (older female) that came to the counter did not greet or acknowledge me either. I asked her if I could place my order & she told me to wait until she returned. However, she acknowledged other customers as they were leaving and left me waiting even longer.

My go to sushi place!!! Love it!! If you haven’t been there try it! You won’t be sorry! And if it’s busy which it most likely will be chill out and wait and relax. I see a lot of “poor service” comments but I’ve always had a good experience there.

A friend recommended this place to me, and I am so glad they did. It was AMAZING. We had the Firestone and another I cannot recall, but they were both incredible. I really liked the Firestone, some would say it is hot, but not so much for me (I eat Ghost Peppers)

I was visiting Cal Poly Pomona for some event and was looking for a good Sushi place. This was a great choice. Sushi was fresh and there were lots of variety and the price was absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic. This was a great value for money. All the sushi were fresh and make me want to come here again and again. Full 5 Star.

My family and friends really enjoyed this place for the quality and especially the price for the amount of food. Iys a great place to stop by before heading home from Frank Bonelli’s park. They got enough variety for the whole family.
