For my first visit I got the 2-meat plate which comes with 2 sides, pickles, onions, BBQ sauce, & toast for $17.50 plus tax ($19.24 total). For my meats, I got the brisket and pork belly burnt ends. For the sides, I got the green chile mac & cheese and the honey pepper slaw.

Brisket, Mac and Cheese, Potato Salad and Cubano sandwich were all just excellent. Wifey brought it home today and we really enjoyed it. So excited, we’ve never had a great place to get well smoked brisket or an appropriate press sandwich in Prairieville. The pickles were really wonderful as well.
