Overall their food here is great, I will say some of the price increases they have made seem a little drastic. I had the fish sandwich which was good, however for having to pay for a side and getting 1 fairly small piece of fish, I think it is not a good value. The wings were delicious and seemed more appropriately priced. Our server was very friendly but I feel like the restaurant is understaffed so you do not see your server frequently enough. We had to go up to the bar to ask for missing items from our order and to get our check at the end. Probably a better place to stop in during non busy meal times.

Oak Tavern is a great spot to hang out. The staff is fantastic and the food is phenomenal. If you like smoked wings, you’re in for a treat. All the sauce is served on the side in squeeze bottles so you can dip or drench whatever flavors you want. Also, I highly recommend the sampler appetizer it’s a fried food paradise.

First time at The Oak! You walk in and seat yourself and the servers greet you fairly quickly. All of the seating is high barstools. I got a 10 piece wing and fries. The wings were some of the most flavorful wings I’ve ever had! They also had six sauce options to try as well. I paid less than $25 for everything and I’ll be back!

This place has the best wings in cincinnati. Yes I said it fight me. You can get them 2 ways grilled or friend (stoked) the serve it will 6 different wing sauces on the side so you can create your own flavor profile. Service has always been good and they have a decent alcohol selection. The tables seem to all be wobbly is my only complaint.

This is a cool tavern. Hung out with some co-workers since the wings were highly recommended. Their beer selection is great as well. The wings were official and the table had the Mac n cheese bites(great) fried pickles which were also good and the sweet potato fries.. definitely recommend checking it out.

I heard a lot of good things about the wings here and they completely lived up to the hype. I normally opt for boneless wings, so I was worried since they don’t offer those, but wow these bone-in wings will have me coming back. The skin and seasoning is just perfect. And they give you bottles of all their sauces, so you can make your wings as saucy as you like and you don’t have to pick a single sauce or two, you can try them all. Really great experience, definitely some must-try wings in Cincy.
