First time here and really enjoyed the experience. Shared the happy hour burger and brisket nachos and both were delicious. The portion sizes were huge for the happy hour price (4pm-7pm m-f). The service was absolutely excellent, and the atmosphere was exactly what I would want when i am enjoying a bit of BBQ.

Amazing new BBQ location! Just enjoyed a delicious lunch, and tried The Governor chopped brisket sandwich. Brisket was moist and loved the brioche bun. The roasted brussels sprouts were really good, as well as the potato salad! Go hungry as the portions are generous. The location is easy to reach and the restaurant layout is friendly and accommodating. Definitely returning to try some other delicious bites!

I wasn’t sure what to do when I entered. It would be awesome to have a host for new arriving guest. I stand for a minute waiting on what to do . Self service restaurant. I wasn’t happy with my bake potatoes. Staff requested to bring me chives with my order. She never came back . My loaded bake potatoes wasn’t loaded. I did enjoyed the bbq chicken wing. Never eaten bbq chicken wings. I Love them with the sauce. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

(Owner phone call UPDATE below) Not gonna be back. Only the food needs to be good and it isn’t. (Image is what we threw away) Brisket, lots of fat on the scale. Turkey was almost cold, barely room temp. Jalapeno sausage was a gushing mouthful of creamy, cold cheese in every bite. Those were the highlights of the meal, now for sides.

First time here.. Everything was excellent! A lot of places do good brisket now and this probably isn’t my favorite. (I had the Waygu). However, great menu options, great sides, excellent turkey, and just a really cool layout and atmosphere. Some of the negative reviews must be people that don’t know barbecue. I’m in the business too and this place is doing it right! I’ll be back to try the rest.

The fatty briquet is great, I’m not a fan of the lean as I find it’s a bit too dry imo. The sausage links are for though. The sides are actually really good particularly the collard greens. This place isn’t bad overall but the price point makes it hard to eat here

Wanted to like the food, but, the food was mediocre. The food order was made wrong and had to redo it again. The brisket was okay but the buns were dry. The Mac and cheese tasted like box Mac and cheese. The beans tasted like pinto beans but bbq sauce splashed in last minute. The potato salad was ok. At least from my experience today, not sure if it’s new employees and don’t know how to prepare southern food but yikes. People shouldn’t settle for this.

I had the privilege of taking my boss here for his birthday lunch. We like to lunch around 1:30pm so we miss the hectic noontime crowds. As soon as we walked we were pointed in the right direction. The kitchen serving line is located at the back of the seating area but is fully visible from the dining yet separated by glass. We enjoyed this layout as you had the line of sight but could still enjoy the aroma of the food without the noise and smoke that usually drift to your eating area. The servers behind the counter greeted us enthusiastically and were very helpful. We both had the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket (he had lean and I took from the point) with collard greens. I went with the roasted cauliflower for my second side and he had the potato salad. I chose to try both the Texas sauce and Carolina – both were very good but thought the Carolina Sauce paired better with the ribs. The meat was excellent! I enjoyed the collard greens as I only needed to add a little salt to remind me of home. The roasted cauliflower was great as well. I also want to give the spicy pickles a shout out as they were spicy with great flavor but not overpowering. My favorite part of the experience was the atmosphere. We sat, ate and talked for 3 hours without realizing the time! As barbeque lovers and pit masters in our own right, we will be returning soon and often. Thank you for a great dining experience!
