Wow just wow!! If you haven’t tried them yet, you really should. We ordered on a Monday night 8 pm and 20 mins later got some delicious hot pizza. So hot, it burns your tongue and so fresh, it’s like right out of the oven. It’s a thicker crust pizza and the crust kinda reminds me of subway bread.

So disappointed!! We have been ordering Oakdale Pizza for years and did not know they had sold the restaurant. When placing the order we were a little confused as it wasn’t a familiar voice who answered the phone, but thought maybe they hired some extra help. It was quite the surprise when I walked in and picked up my order.

I got a small veggie pizza. They added enough veggie for a large pizza and it wasn’t cooked. We tried the pizza and realized it wasn’t edible and they was trying to argue not to give me a refund

There customer service is not good I called them with a problem with a grinder and instead of exchanging sub they wanted to take my sub fix it and redeliver it back to me or give me a 5 dollar credit when sub cost 14 bucks I loved ordering from there now not so sure

Their pizzas okay but their customer service is terrible. My wife and I ordered half chicken, half cheese pizza because she’s a vegetarian and we found chicken pieces on the cheese part. We called them to see if they could remake the pizza but they were basically blaming us for ordering a half chicken pizza and refused to remake it.

This is the worst customer service and racist store I have ever been to. I called to order a pizza, the man over there didn’t tell me anything about not taking Amex. I get there I pulled up card to pay, he tells me he don’t take amex and If I don’t pay he is calling the police on me. Calling the police because I’m black really.

My kids and I love Oakdale, the owner and his wife are the friendliest people. George always remembers us and welcomes us like family. The pizza is a little different than typical new haven style. More of a doughy crust, it’s great with a bit of honey. The Greek salad was massive, we shared it between 5 people and had plenty to go around. The baklava is super yummy as well, I always grab some as we’re checking out.
