Although the food was decent, it was cold by the time it reached me because of an employee error. The salad was missing from my order and I called in because the driver didn’t hand it to me. There was no accountability on the employee’s part. At least take responsibility for the mistake that someone made in neglecting part of the order. I was then lied to on the phone. The “manager” said she would refund all of the order, but I still have yet to receive said refund. I would not trust this company. There are a ton of pizza options throughout Boston. You’d be better served going elsewhere.

This location is awful. They never answer the phone. They get your order completely wrong. Even when your order has the correct ingredients they don’t put enough of said ingredients. I’ve actually worked for the company in the past so I personally know how the pizzas are supposed to be prepared. Below I attached a picture showing how bad they recently messed up my order. I ordered on door dash and I basically ordered a spicy mother clucker with no pickled onions. As you can see that isn’t what I got. I had the same order redelivered and they got all the ingredients right and added tomato sauce. I truly believe whoever made my pizza purposely messed up. You don’t get an order wrong twice. This isn’t a case of not having the right ingredients because an extra ingredient that I’m allergic to was added. I would love to personally speak with Iverson if he is still the regional manager or even Pam. They might as well fire whoever is running this location and hire new staff. Do better

Order NEVER arrived, I waited 2 hours, lousy, non responsive, unreliable service, Uber eats sent over ****10 drivers**** to pick up online order and there is a serious flaw and disconnect with restaurant ordering platform and how it communicates with Uber eats, waste of time, I will AVOID at all costs, I deeply recommend Frank Pepe for more authentic reliable food. Let’s not just talk about pizzas. They are delicious. I prefer the big pie but my niece likes the personal one (very thin crust). Let’s talk about how it’s done! One staff. She was cashier and cook all in one! She was so calm. I was there for 45 mins and she had to work non stop! But she never lost her cool. She was so pleasant and efficient. Guys please be patient and show her some LOVE!
